Hi, I’m Daniah Howell-Smith, the founder of DHS Financial Solutions!

My career began in retail sales before moving into the automotive industry, where I worked in car sales and later as a Finance & Insurance Business Manager. Over time, I transitioned into brokering — gaining a wealth of experience across sales, finance, and client management. These diverse roles gave me a unique perspective on the asset finance industry and helped me discover where my true passion lies: supporting brokers and their clients.

I started DHS Financial Solutions because I thoroughly enjoy being in a support role — working alongside different brokers, helping their businesses grow, and ensuring their clients receive exceptional service. I thrive in the fast-paced atmosphere of asset finance, where every day brings new challenges and successes.

What sets me apart is not just my speed and attention to detail, but also the energy and warmth I bring to my work. I enjoy a good banter with my brokers, which helps me build strong, lasting business relationships. I’m more than just a processor — I aim to be a source of encouragement, positivity, and even emotional support for brokers on their business journey.

Outside of work, I’m a proud mother and a loving wife. Family and relationships mean everything to me, and that’s one of the many reasons I started this business — to create a career that allows me to balance family life while providing meaningful support to others.

I hold a Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking and maintain my own Professional Indemnity Insurance, ensuring that the work I provide is fully compliant and protected with structured processes.
