What does DHS Financial Solutions do?
DHS Financial Solutions offers end-to-end loan processing, administration, and broker support services for asset finance brokers across Australia, helping them streamline operations.
Crucially, we also help everyday consumer and commercial clients get 'loan ready' before they approach their chosen broker or an authorised DHS Financial Solutions Broker.
Are you qualified loan processors?
Yes. DHS Financial Solutions holds a Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking, ensuring we deliver our services with the highest standards of quality, compliance, and industry professionalism.
How quickly can you process a file?
We pride ourselves on speed and efficiency. Our standard turnaround time is 12 to 24 hours for most tasks, provided all required documentation is supplied. Turnaround times may vary depending on the complexity of the file or external delays.
Are your fees refundable if a loan doesn’t settle?
For Brokers: No. If an application is withdrawn, declined, or does not proceed to settlement, our service fees are fully payable and non-refundable. This covers the time, administration, and compliance work completed throughout the application process.
For Everyday Clients: Once paid, our fees are non-refundable. However, clients will not be charged if their application is declined by the lender or they do not meet the required capacity before any fees are collected.
How do you handle broker login credentials?
When login credentials (e.g. lender portals or aggregator systems) are required, we store them securely using encrypted platforms and/or on a locked offline hard drive. Access is limited strictly to authorised personnel and used only within the agreed scope of service.
Is my data safe with DHS Financial Solutions?
Yes. We take data privacy and security seriously and comply with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs). Your data is handled with care, confidentiality, and in accordance with strict privacy protocols.
Can I engage your services for part of the loan process?
Absolutely. You can engage us for a specific phase—such as loan submission, document collection, or settlement support—or for complete end-to-end processing. We also offer temporary coverage while you’re on holidays or attending conferences.
